etch Associates were appointed as MEP consultants on the sensitive refurbishment and extension of the Field & Sings Boarding Houses.

Field and Sings House currently accommodate over 60 pupils each. The extension allows for over 70 pupils per house. Common spaces have been enhanced and the ratio of WCs/ showers per pupil has been improved to compensate for the extra boarders.

The project was completed within a live school site where maintaining business continuity was critical to the success of the project.
