Across two floors, the building provides 4no. new classrooms, staff offices and a meeting room, WC facilities and a small staff room. It was constructed out of CLT and included an ASHP serving underfloor heating, PV and demand-controlled MVHR.

We worked with Contour Architecture and Edge Structures to produce a RIBA Stage 4 design pack for tender. Life Build Solutions carried out the project which was handed over in September 2024.
