The office accommodation is split via the central stair core at each floor level allowing the accommodation to be sub-let to future tenants.
Extensive client consultation to define the brief and servicing requirements of each area was a key aspect of etch’s role. This involved detailed consultation on the operation, control, metering and separation of services between the various areas. The project also involved an extensive enabling package including the design of a new substation and ductwork infrastructure for external services including carpark lighting and EV charging points.
