The project was a challenging refurbishment of this Grade II listed building which was converted from office accommodation to a new teaching facility for the lower school pupils.

Originally constructed in the early 18th century as a residence, the building required a highly coordinated and sympathetic approach to integrating services to ensure environmental control and functionality of the new spaces without compromising its heritage significance and features.
