Gemma is an experienced office manager and closely supports with the day-to-day operation of all of our offices.

Gemma has a supporting role to the senior management team and provides strategic input across key areas of the business. This ranges from finance and invoicing, marketing and bid production to human resources. She works closely alongside our financial controller, Veronica, aided by her background in commercial banking.

Gemma’s enthusiasm and willingness shine throughout the office and she is always on hand to support the team and our clients needs. She is highly organised and has played a key role in refining our internal procedures and workflows.
